parrot os基于debian开发的，因此同样适用于其他linux；笔记本集显最好，linux直接适用于intel，不用手动切换显卡，大多数linux玩家及pentester不需要高性能显卡，当然你非要拿笔记本跑hashcat等，你可以去折腾;
1. dell xps 灵越系列 注意集显的优先；这部分机型通过了linux认证，驱动反面没什么问题，还有人傻钱多dell，贵是肯定的了
2. thinkpad x1 carbon thinkpad的笔记本也是天生兼容linux，注意集显，当然其他tp系列的也可以；这个价格实惠，适合折腾
3 Hp envy 13-abo 16nr / Hp chromebook 同样集显优先
4 Asus zenbook 华硕zenbook系列，同样集显优先
5 Acer chromebook 宏基的chromebook
6 Pinebook pro 国外的一款，kali官网有卖的，国内没有
7 联想拯救者系列，集显优先；本来不想推荐的，这款毛病很多，linux安装后无法有外放，品控也有点问题，当然胜在便宜
