建议大家在微软的组件出现问题时，在GOOGLE上搜索解决方案，一般来说，总有结果：
带格式化文本控件（ RichText）的模板如果在InfoPath的浏览器中加载，可能出现 COM 组件的80040154错误 中错误在作者的IE上显示是如下一串字串 ： 检索 COM 类工厂中 CLSID 为 {52F5D46F-CBEA-4D07-BCB7-7296853F0CF2} 的组件时失败，原因是出现以下错误: 80040154。
解决方案就是在命令行输入一行这个：
regsvr32 “C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OFFICE12\htmlchkr.dll”
如果是OSS 2007 就是红字，如果是OSS 2010，这个红字要替换成：office14

I deleted all rich text fields the form was submitted successfully.
Is this a bug of Infopath 2010? Is any ways to use rich text fields?
